Job summary

PRO-PT in Fresno, CA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at the Fresno West clinic. The role offers competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and performance-based incentives, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current or pending California Physical Therapist Assistant license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients achieve their goals.
Monitor patient progress, communicate updates to the supervising PT, and motivate patients throughout their recovery.
Collaborate with PTs and fellow team members to deliver the Second-to-None experience PRO-PT is known for.
Build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Expand your expertise through continuing education, mentorship, and team collaboration.
