Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedic care. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles, with strong mentorship and modern tools to support your career.

You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT, help patients regain mobility and function, track progress, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team. Opportunities for growth and learning are provided through Upstream's programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Texas PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue professional growth through Upstream's mentorship and learning programs.

Education
