Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the supervision of a PT in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals with evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and provide a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
