ProRehab, part of Confluent Health, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will deliver high-quality treatment under the PT supervision, progress patients toward functional goals, and build strong patient relationships in a supportive clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow clinically within a high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
