Job summary

ProRehab in Indiana is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment under supervision, helping patients progress toward meaningful functional goals and enhancing their care experience.

You will collaborate with a dedicated PT and clinic staff, document progress accurately, and participate in ongoing professional development through our PDP, EIM programs, and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility for licensure in the practicing state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
