FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – West Monroe, LA is seeking motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. You will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients achieve their treatment goals and participate in ongoing education and development. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Louisiana PTA license or eligibility for Louisiana licensure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-focused approach to care.
Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other team members.
Desire to continue learning and developing professionally.
Responsibilities
Provide treatment in accordance with the Physical Therapist's established plan of care.
Guide and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
Monitor patient response and progress during treatment.
Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist.
Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with therapists and other team members to provide a positive patient experience.
Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and professional standards.
