FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Jonesboro, LA is seeking motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for full-time or part-time roles. You’ll assist licensed Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Louisiana PTA license or eligibility for Louisiana licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment in accordance with the Physical Therapist's established plan of care.
• Guide and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient response and progress during treatment.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other team members to provide a positive patient experience.
• Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and professional standards.
