Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of the licensed Physical Therapist.

• Monitor patient response and inform supervising PT of concerns.
• Document treatments in the EMR and complete timely notes.
• Support patient scheduling and clinic flow as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control and policy guidelines.
• Participate in daily team huddles and interdisciplinary communication.
