Job summary

Canyon West of Cascadia in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain movement and manage pain. The PTA assists with ambulation, documents care, and supports therapy plans to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program.
• Current state PTA licensure.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with ambulation and mobility.
• Assesses patient status and documents care in charts.
