Tender Touch Rehab Services in Charleston, WV, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with a sign-on bonus. The PTA will work in SNF/Long-Term Care under the supervision of a licensed PT.

Formación

• Graduate PTA with state license to practice (as applicable).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be licensed as PTA in state of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
