Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position at our Charleston, WV location. The role involves delivering PT services under supervision in SNF and long-term care settings and supporting patient-centered care with a focus on quality outcomes.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
