Tender Touch Rehab Services in Charleston, WV is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position with a sign-on bonus. Work setting is skilled nursing and long-term care, with supportive mentorship and flexible scheduling.

You will provide PTA under supervision of a licensed PT, help identify suitable patients, maintain documentation, and coordinate with supervising PT to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have PTA license in state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
