As a PTA, you will deliver licensed-on-site therapy in SNF/long-term care settings, collaborate with PTs, maintain compliance, and support patient outcomes while advancing your clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with therapy teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current.
