Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and compensation ranging from $35.00 to $42.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow within Enhance Therapies family.

You will provide therapy under supervision, help identify suitable patients, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• APTA-accredited PTA program completion.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
