HealthPro Heritage in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support skilled nursing and long-term care residents. You will implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and help monitor progress under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $34, with comprehensive benefits beginning in month one, CEU support, and opportunities for growth in a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Formación

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as PTA, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
