Job summary

South Campus Care Center in Leesburg, FL seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the team and assist with rehabilitating patients under a physical therapist's supervision.

Qualifications

• Current Florida license as a PTA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains health by providing physical therapy services under supervision.
• Identifies patient care issues to support a physical therapist.
• Administers treatment programs for patients.
• Assesses patient health and updates therapy histories.
• Instructs and counsels patients on regimens and wellness.
