Step Up Rehab is hiring Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistants for our Madison, FL location inside Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center. You will work in the dedicated therapy gym, providing skilled PTA services to residents to improve safety and function.

This Full-Time position is for licensed Florida PTAs; SNF/post-acute experience preferred. Benefits include CEU reimbursement, 401(k) match, generous PTO, daily pay options, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
