Step Up Rehab is seeking a Per Diem PTA to join our Madison, FL location inside a skilled nursing facility. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents, working with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Florida as PTA.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
