Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed or in the process of licensure in IL to work in SNF/LTC settings under a contract arrangement with a 5x8 day schedule. The role carries responsibility for delivering high-quality patient care within established facility guidelines.
Qualified candidates will have 1 year of PTA experience, SNF/LTC background, and a current IL PTA license.
