Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process to obtain licensure in IL to work in SNF/LTC settings on a contract basis. A minimum of 1 year SNF/LTC PT experience and a current IL PT license are required.
