Qualifications

• PTA licensure or certification required.
• Ability to work with elderly residents and patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct and document patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments.
• Use physical therapy techniques and modalities to promote progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
