Evolve Therapy Services in Olivia, MN is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to support services at an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver resident-focused therapy and help improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus tuition reimbursement. Candidates must hold an active Minnesota PTA license and an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, with commitment

Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Minnesota.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention or treatment.
• Assist in evaluation planning under the Physical Therapist's direction.
• Participate in treatment planning with short- and long-term goals.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and gait.
