Job summary

White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our elite in-house rehabilitation team. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, supported by the Bay Area’s largest rehab gym and a collaborative culture.

You will work under the Physical Therapist, document notes, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, train restorative staff, and educate residents and families on maintenance and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in California.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Interest in teamwork and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient treatment as directed by the Physical Therapist and per physician orders.
• Complete daily treatment notes and weekly progress documentation per PT Board standards and facility guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and rehab conferences.
• Assist in training Restorative Aides with nursing to promote patient mobility.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning.
• Maintain rehab equipment in excellent condition.
