Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island, with Step Up Rehab as the in-house therapy provider, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide skilled PTA therapy to residents and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety, function, and quality of life.

Licensed Florida PTA or license-eligible candidates are invited to apply; SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, and Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island.
