Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island, with Step Up Rehab as its in-house therapy provider, seeks a licensed PTA for SNF care. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents in a SNF, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Florida license required (or eligible). SNF or post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus. Benefit-rich full-time role with modern facilities and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this SNF to help residents regain function and independence.
