Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island, is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay in the $28–$38/hr range, with benefits and a supportive team environment.

Eligible Florida PTA license holders (or license-eligible) preferred; supervision by licensed PT, opportunities for professional growth, and a focus on improving residents’ safety and independence

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
