Step Up Imperial in Naples, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus with competitive hourly pay ranging from $28 to $38, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym to help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Formation
