Job summary

Step Up Imperial in Naples, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ safety, function, and quality of life.

This full-time position offers competitive pay of $28–$38 per hour, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, generous benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, healthcare, daily pay option, and a supportive leadership team in a modern rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
