Qualifications

• State of Iowa PTA license required or eligibility

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under supervision
• Help patients regain strength, mobility and confidence through targeted exercises
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable during sessions
