Grandview Healthcare Center in Iowa is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support and implement therapy programs that help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life. New grads are welcome to apply and the team offers mentorship and growth opportunities.

You will work under a Physical Therapist, assist with exercises, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and help maintain a positive, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa PTA license required or eligibility

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred

Your Impact:

As aPhysical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will:

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy exercises.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.

• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.

• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• State of Iowa Physical Therapy Assistant License

• Experience preferred – but we’re also willing to invest in new grads!
