Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. You will provide PT services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting with patient selection and coordinating with the PT for evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
