Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will deliver physical therapy under supervision, assist with patient selection for therapy, and coordinate with the PT for evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
