Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will implement the patient care plan, support progression through treatment, and work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited PTA program and Nebraska PTA licensure, with ethical compliance a must. Experience with geriatric patients and Medicare billing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice (Nebraska).
• Ethical compliance with Key Rehab’s Code and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans developed by the Physical Therapist, following established protocols.
• Advance patient progress by adjusting treatment per PT direction.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance patient care.
