Key Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in the Columbus/Frontenac, KS area within a skilled nursing facility. The PTA will implement care plans and monitor patient progress under the supervision of a Physical Therapist while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet individual goals.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited PTA program diploma and an active PTA license, with strong communication and geriatric care skills.

Qualifications

• Accredited PTA program completion is required.
• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement the patient care plan developed by the PTA, following established protocols.
• Advance patient progress by adjusting treatment per the supervising PT’s direction.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and improve patient care.
