Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in California is required.
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
- Successful NPTE for PTAs is required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing setting.
- Implement treatment plans and progress notes.
- Educate residents and caregivers on home exercise programs.
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and safety strategies.
- Maintain HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
