Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a part-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapy and coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
