Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) to join our growing team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will provide therapy under supervision and contribute to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.

• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
