Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
• APTA-accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date
