Job summary

TMC in Terre Haute is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their Quality Care Rehab team. This PRN role involves implementing treatment plans under a licensed therapist's direction, supporting patient recovery through therapeutic exercises and education. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program and is licensed in Indiana. Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the physical therapist.
• Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure proper application of various treatment modalities.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and body mechanics.
• Monitor patients' responses to treatment and document progress.

Skills

Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

Current license/certification in the state of practice
