Job summary

TMC is seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist in Flagstaff, AZ to join our Quality Care Rehab department. The ideal candidate will conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers about the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care.

Skills

Masters/Doctorate Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current license/certification in the state of practice
