Job summary

TMC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join its team at Ascension Living Via Christi Village in Manhattan, KS. This role focuses on assessing and rehabilitating individuals' functional abilities, with growth opportunities and a commitment to team member development. Candidates must have a Masters/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and appropriate state licensing. Qualifications

• Current license/certification in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of NBCOT and Vocational Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Educate patients and caregivers about therapeutic processes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans.
