Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT to join our growing team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

You will provide PTA services under a licensed PT, coordinate with evaluators and therapists, maintain documentation, and support patient outcomes while pursuing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• AS PTA degree from an accredited program and current state license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
