Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in Lincoln, IL. You will provide PT services under supervision in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, following state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Associate's degree from PTA program.
• Current PTA license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under licensed supervision.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
