Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in Lincoln, IL. You will provide physical therapy treatments under a licensed PT, assist in patient selection, and coordinate care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Must hold a PTA license in the state. We offer $55,000–$70,000 yearly, comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) with company match, online CEU credits, and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
