Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in New Jersey. You will provide PT treatments under supervision, with opportunities within SNF and long-term care settings.

Formación

• Must be licensed PT A PTA in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in New Jersey.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
