Tender Touch Rehab Services in New Jersey seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF and long-term care settings. Compensation $34-$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree and current licensure in PTA required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
