Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Fort Ashby, WV. You will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, coordinate patient referrals, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

A WV PTA license and an APTA-accredited associate degree are required, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice (West Virginia).
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
