Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time rehabilitation team in Fort Ashby, West Virginia. You will provide supervised PTA care in SNF and long-term care settings under a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring patient progress and adherence to state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
