Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Fort Ashby, WV 26719. A current PTA license is required to apply. This position places you in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

You will deliver physical therapy under supervision, assist in patient selection, coordinate with the supervising PT, and maintain accurate regulatory documentation. Benefit from mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
