Tier1usa is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join Renewal Rehab in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. This Full-Time, permanent role supports a mission of high-quality patient care and clinician growth.

You will provide PTAs under licensed PT supervision, document care per state guidelines, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
